1. What can I do on the Virgin Megastore Loyalty Program website?

You can check all your transactions online. You can check and view your points, transactions, redemptions, and view your statement of account. You can also view offerings and promotions.

2. What type of communications can I expect from the Virgin Megastore Loyalty Program and from which channel?

At the moment, you will be receiving e-mails from us from time to time on on-going promotions, offers and contests. Please be reminded that Virgin Megastore will never ask for your bank account details online. 3. How do I activate my Loyalty Card?

After collecting your card from our stores, log on to: www.virginmegastore.co and click on the “Sign Up”:

  • Enter your Card Number and Pin
  • Complete your personal details
  • Change your password

OR
Log on to www.virginmegastore.co , and click on“ Sign Up”

  • Complete your personal details
  • You will then receive the card by email
  • Go to the store to collect the physical card

4. I did not receive my activation email. What do I do?

Please check in your Junk mail or Spam inbox. If you fail to locate this, please email us at cs@retail-me.net to check on your email address and for further advice.

5. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ and you will receive an email with a new password.

6. What kind of password is considered best?

We advise you to compose your password using:

  • Mixture of lower case letters and upper case letters
  • Alphanumerical
  • Minimum length of at least 6
